• Processing time: Preorder items ship approx. 3–4 weeks after purchase.

• Cancellations: Once your preorder is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

• Returns & refunds: Preorder items are not eligible for exchanges or returns, except where required by consumer law.

• Payment: Full payment is taken at checkout to secure your item.

• Shipping: Orders are dispatched as soon as stock arrives. Tracking information will be provided.

• Delays: Delivery times are estimates. Production or shipping delays may occur.
