Refund policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or are otherwise not in their original condition may be refused and returned to the sender.

All returns must be initiated through our return portal. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returned items must be received within the 14-day return period. Returns received after this period may be declined and returned to the sender.

Once your return has been received and inspected, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Sale Items

Items purchased during promotional events, including our Moving Sale, are available only while inventory lasts.

Sale prices are final and cannot be adjusted once an order has been placed.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are produced specifically for each order. Once production has begun, pre-order purchases cannot be cancelled. Returns are subject to our standard Returns & Refunds Policy unless otherwise stated.

Commercial Orders

Orders reasonably identified as being placed for resale or other commercial purposes may not be eligible for refunds. Andre's Atelier reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds where there is reasonable evidence of commercial purchasing or abuse of our return policy.
