Refund policy

 

In accordance with EU consumer rights, you have 14 days to return your order, starting from the day you receive your package. At Andre's Atelier, we honor this policy, provided that the item is unused, clean, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

To request a return, you must send an email to info@andresatelier.dk, including your order number and reason for return. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility, and the package must arrive within the 14-day return period. If we receive the return after the deadline, we will not be able to issue a refund, and the package will be sent back to you. (Orders identified as being placed for resale purposes may not be eligible for refunds. We reserve the right to deny refunds for such orders. This policy is implemented to ensure fair access to our products for all customers)

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

All returns must be processed through our return portal. Return authorization will only be granted upon approval of a submitted return request. Any returns that do not comply with this process will be rejected.
